Thread: Ease of Use?

When making enhance packs and experimenting ease of use it seems to make


the lvl to use the pack go up. Am I just missing the concept here? Or is this a bug or what?

yep, known bug. Supposedly fixed on TC, I think.

Darn,I knew I forgot to test omething the other day! Yeah, it's supposed to be fixed on TC, but I forgot to check to make sure of it.
