i made Health, Action, and Constitution medpack b's with advanced bec's, advanced solid, and regular chemical. both the inorganic and organic had high oq/pe/ut. when i did the experimention on the effectiveness, i got back a measly 2 points for every point i experimented with. has this always been the case, or did we get nerfed?

i did make some excellent stim b's before that.
