I also wish to know what this cures and the chance of it working. I am very cramped on my bar and I can either have this or Drag Player and if this only cures at a low percentage....yeah

Personally I don't have this in my toolbar but from what I hear it is a pretty high cure percentage but only one state will be cured.

It's ment for you to cure OTHERS that don't have those recoveries in thier template. It's primary use is to clear stun off yourself so you can drag and revive others in combat.

Stun is not currently working as intended. It is supposed to completely halt regen, so
you could find yourself stunned with no action to do a recovery. That's where stabilizers would come in.

The key here is that you can cure others, and get your teammates up and back into action faster than they could using their own state recoveries. As for keeping state recoveries on your own toolbar, I would say keep em and use them if you yourself have an issue. You can't use stabilizers when you're flat on your back dizzy. Also, the timer on stabilizers makes its repeat use in rapid succession prohibitive, and you are probably better off using the individual state recoveries when you are afflicted with multiple states (because the rest of your toolbar icons come back online significantly faster than the one you just used).

I know it cures the dizzy/stun/blind state, but my template gives recoveries. Does it cure any other states (besides intimdate) which would give good reason to keep it?

not that I am aware of, but you can use it to cure others. I keep it on my toolbar because 1 icon takes up less space than having a recovery for each state.
