I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the devs for their enlightened decision to ignore the medical profession yet again. Apparently we desperately needed pet icons more than actually fixing Creature Handlers....... or Doctors......... or Smugglers....... but then again we did get better graphics for the lightsabers! /applaud another great success by the devs...... no real bugs fixed, but you gave us the bottum of the wish list again!

Do or do not do, there is no try.
And to show you how the Devs have lied:
"When Sony and Lucas set out, we said, ?How can we do this and not make another EQ?? We didn?t want it to be all about Luke, or combat, or lock our players into a class. So we created a system that would allow players to switch professions during the game, and there would be a lot of gameplay around making that change. If you want to go from architect to scout we?ve created a system to make that happen."

When Jedi can heal hundreds of wounds on a 1000 BF player by waving their little glow stick at 'em, while I as a Master Doctor with healing foods and an active medical droid heal for 20pts of wounds on the same player, that is broken. Only now they look smoother doing it.

i think jedi wound healing should be reduced equal to docs and have everyone run around with black bars. thatll be cool.

At least factor in BF in jedi wound healing.

Seriously though, I can only imagine what working on a project of that size is like, so it's hard to tell why they are fixing things in the order that they are doing so.

Well considering this is already a known issue....that honestly has NOTHING to do with us Docs, I still do not see how you consider us "Broken". Jedi are getting a revamp w/ pub 19 I believe, and when that happens they will be "Fixed". The only thing I can find that is "Broke" is the Battle Armor Midigation, and the Revive failing do to server issues. Other than that please feel free to correct me if I've missed anything that directly relates to us and not jedi or some other profession.

I don't know how you heal for 20 wounds, because I'm hitting for 80-90 points...maybe you should tell the people you are healing to get rid of their 1000 BF and try that.

I would say our med center docs are broken. Hell they're extinct! I love healing in medcenters and it is one of the primary reasons I bought the game, and now I get no experience for doing it. It is a big b!tch to get enough med xp to do anything nowadays. But no were not broken...... if your a combat medic.

You can still sit in Med Centers if you want....there is absolutely nothing stopping you from doing so. And they are not going to add XP for wound healing so if you don't like that then you may want to move to another profession.

Med Center Doc's are gone....not because of the XP they use to get, but because they would rather go out and play with people now to earn money. Even pre-CU I could get 100x more XP in a group then I could have ever gotten in the Med Center without using a tumble monkey.

I can cap out at 1.2 mill Pike and Medical XP in about 2 hours without a group....so honestly I really don't see where this debate about XP is going. It has nothing to do with XP, and it never has.
