Thread: M Doc, TKM, + ?

I'm left with anyone of novice Sword, Pike, or Fencer with 18 SP's. 18 SP's can be divided up as either 4xxx, 22xx, or 31xx in one of the elite profs.

Anyone have one of these templates?

I posted this in another thread but it still applies, so...

I would have to suggest MDoc/TKM/Swordsman 0130. Doc is the basis. TKM gives you the defensive edge to stay alive at minimum cost (no armour, access to BE clothes, etc.), and Swordsman gives you access to Mind Hit (for a little extra offensive punch), Area Taunt (your heals are going to produce aggro, you might as well embrace it), Sword Flurry for a little extra defense, and Advanced Armour Break, the life blood and saving grace of any group.

This gives you a very potent Healer/Support Tank that will vastly improve any group lucky enough to have you. Trust me on this. My personal template it MDoc/TKM/Swordsman 0110/a smattering of FS skills and last night I was able to virtually solo tank the Katarn (meaning I held aggro and took every iota of damage coming out of the beast) while a guildie hit it with a carbine and some pets. No small feat if I do say so myself.

MD/TKM/Swords 0004.

Check out the TKA forums for a couple threads that are discussing this.

I went TKM/MDOC/Pikeman 0/1/3/0 with this you are a great tank, you can heal, buff, with the dabbled in pikeman you get: an area attack, plus intimidate and warcry but -10 combat spd.

Did you think about CM at all? A line of it would have given DoT or debuffs.

The area attack from the other fight prof though is a good way to go as well.

Actually, getting the ranged line in medic might not be a bad idea. Even a small bacta toss/bacta spray is useful.

Master Doc, TKM, and Scout for the burst run and terrain negotiation to keep up or get away.

I don't think CM/Doc has good enough defenses for constant healing. I have found that the best way to save someone in low health when fighting harder mobs, is to taunt the enemy and heal either the other player or yourself. TKM offers the taunt and the ability to withstand the damage with COB.

I only reason I would get scout would be to harvest. It's not worth getting scout for TN when you can just wear clothes.

I already have tons of Sword skills, but I'm considering going Pike instead. Thanks for the help, it's just a matter of preference now.
