The level of buff packs you can use is based on your med use and most probalby what you make. Most Master docs won't make below D's brought down to med use 90 for the master surgeon dabblers.

I have a question about my buffs. i just now got the heal enhancement skill. i don't really know wut is a good buff or not. and how much i should charge to give them. Can someone plz tell me?
