I responded to the thread you created in the CM fourm but I know have one question, Didn't you have any cure poision/disease packs? As a CM/Doc I have no problem with clearing CM's poision/disease.

i was just mad. i shouldn't have made this post.. ugh.. i apologize. i'll modify my toolbar to deal with any cm i run into. i guess he caught me unprepared, so basically that gave him the edge.

Downside is that if the CM has strong mind poisons and puts it on a master doctor even with a 1300 base mind (Mon cal), the doc will have a mind too drained to be able to apply heals, therefor the doc is already defeated. I've been in situations like that.

That's assuming that you're in a PvP battle without mind buffs or at least one swig of Brandy, which iskind of dumb.

Yes, that was my example, the fact is when it happened- I had a 3791 mind pool (2200+ focus/will) which was WAY bigger than my 6 doctor buffs (I think they were 3500+) and I was still getting haunted by CMs using spider venom poisons and diseases. Funny thing is I was the last one alive in our 70+ member raid.

what you should do is make a macro that looks like this:
/ui action clearCombatQueue;
/curepoison self;
and then bind it to an easily reachable key. Every cm that I've fought who throws poisons at me I can heal off in a couple seconds (almost always before it ticks).

unless he was a CM/rifleman there is no reason for him to be able to get a single tick on you. And if that was the case, then it was the rifleman part that killed you.
