Thread: Are the Enhance Health Medpacks Bugged...

The problem Im coming across is that all except the Action buff Im getting no more than 7849 on my timers regardless what I use and how I experiment. Is there a bug, did the suits nerf us already or am I still a noob doc and missed something in the stats of my rescources. 
Ok here is the components I use and the rescources and OQ for them...
Advanced Biological
Tatooinian Fiberplast = OQ 862
Lokian Wild Wheat= OQ 997
Advanced Chemical Release Duration Mechanism
Tatooinian Herbivore Meat = OQ 618
Known Liquid Petro Fuel Class 4 = OQ 720
Advanced Solid Delivery Shell
Domesticated Oats = OQ 987
Dolovite Iron = OQ 976
For the final Action Buffs I use these rescources...
Action Only
Lokian Wild Wheat = OQ 997
Dolovite Iron = OQ 976
When I combine the components I add these to make the final buff...
Avian Meat = OQ 941
Known Reactive Gas = OQ 982
The results for all the buffs minus Action on the timer is about 725 for power and 7849 for the timer. The Action since I use diffrent rescources are around 900 power and 12500 on timer.
I have used Janta Blood = 100, 10 to get a little more and I got the exact stats with no enhancement whatsoever even for the Action.
I use Bivoli Tempari and a +25 for wound treatment and the other one.
My droid is a 110%
So after all this what am I doing wrong that is keeping the timers from going past 7849? Help me fellow docs you are my only hope

Something came in this last patch I can't make the same as buffs I made a week ago with the same res and comps!

Don't forget, the PE plays a part (in determining power) and DR plays a part (in determining duration.) Post those stats here if you are unsure about how big an effect they would make, but it sounds to me like your PE (on avian meat) and DR (on both meat and gas) are very very low.

There is a good explanation of what's happening to you in the Doctor FAQ at the top of the forum.
Basically, it's exactly what Xtremegene said. You've got some really crappy PE and DR stats on your Avian Meat and Reactive Gas. When I started trying to make my first Enhance D's, I was making 950+ buffs with about the same duration you're getting. I looked, and my avian meat (High OQ and PE)was 229 DR, my Reactive Gas (998OQ) was 5 DR. You can make much better buffs with 600OQ/600PE/600DR Avian meat and 600OQ/600DR Reactive Gas(illustration only, don't hold me to those figures) than you can with really high OQ resources that are crap in the other required stats.

I checked the stats and to save time I wont post them all as most of them are low.
Such as Avian Meat is OQ = 941 PE = 434 DR = 28.
So I would have to agree that you are right about the other factors making a diffrence. Im sort of new to doc buffing so this is a learning process including the formulas Like being back in Algebra again. I knew I should have paid more attention.

go here ( http://www.iootnega.com/doctor/faq.asp#q13 ) and it has a chart telling you how to find out of the resource is good or not the higher the # the better. read around on that site it has a bunch of useful info on there and answers most of your questions.
