i bought a set of medical clothing a LONG time ago for like 6k. it has +21 to wound treatment...question is: does the extra 4 points make a HUGE difference? if i use good bivoli, will that negate the fact that i don't have +25 clothes? and, if anyone knows where i can get some +4 clothes on kauri if it does make a difference, that'd be helpful too.

+4 will make a difference of 4.4% of base power in your buffs (assuming you're using a 110 droid). So in a 900 power buff pack, it's 39 points on the buff.

I'd go find me some more clothes (either a +25 outfit or any +4 or better article to add to your existing clothes).
