This is what I crafted on my first attempt:

219 resist, 32 charges, 2765 duration
I have 12 points. I put 9 into resist and 3 into duration.The 3 duration points were also an amazing succes. And I used the following resources:
979 OQ/508 herb meat
992 OQ Dylinium Ore
936OQ/828 PE Beans
994 OQ Polmer
69 ASDS
16/23 ABEC (didn't have any power experimented ready)
68 ACRDM
On a second try I used a 625OQ/577PE meat and still got 212 resist and experimented the absorption to 10. The duration is barely 30 minutes then.
I can't find an explanation anywhere how absorption is supposed to work.

I dont have the stuff to make Cs but I just made a B pack and its
29 uses
223 power
1873 duration
experimented to power
29 uses
149 power
3803 duration
experimented to duration

Well, I did some testing now with my 219 resist packs and my verdict: pretty useless
Against 99 potency poison:
1. test:Poisoned on 3rd try
2. test:Poisoned on 4th try
Against 116 potency:
1. test:Poisoned on 1st try
2. test: Poisonedon 8th try
The absorption rate of 5 led to a reduction of about 100 points per tick.

Why would you call that useless?
You need more tests to find out the average rate, but if CMs only hit one in 4 times now, that is pretty impressive
