That was my first pack, I'm gonna mess around with experimentation, looks like you're going to want to have 12 points so you can put some into duration to it to 60 minutes. Here are the stats on the resources I'm using. Oh yeah and inital uses was 32.

Disease Cure Area - C. Spent all 10 points on range, 95% experimental effectiveness.

Nice strengths, duration is a tad low though, I made some with 3546 and 3413 duration (just under an hour) with about ~200 in strengths and 30 charges. I'm going to try 23 power/13 charge ABECs in a bit.
