In cities with Research Facility specialization- can I just sit outside in one with my droid to get the crafting bonus, or do I need to have a house and private crafting station?

Just being in the city limits you will get the bonus.

"Any experimentation done within a 'Research Center' is enhanced. A 15% bonus to the final result roll is added during the experimentation phase of crafting. The costs of this specialization is 125k credits per week."

Not sure exactly what this means... does it boost the initial roll, so the initial percentages will be higher, or does it just improve your chances of getting better successes on each experiment point?
