I have tried this with multiple kinds of enhancement packs, same results.

Selecting a target then going into inventory, selecting the item, and then selecting the enhance target always causes me to enhance myself. I cannot use this to enhance any target.

Just put the pack in a hotkey, target, then hit the hotkey and it goes only to the target.

Also you can do it from inventory by just double clicking it instead of going to the radial menu.

I enhance folks off their radial. Using the packs directly targets me - no matter what I do.

I have this too. BUT, the Doctors bug thread says their bugged..its one of the stickies..issue 1...basically the Med use listed is wrong...or calculated wrong in the back..and requires advanced knowledge
