Reading over a few posts I noticed some saying that they were able to get 1000 point heals using StimCs. Is this a combination of Health and Action or 1000 of each. (I've never got anywhere even close to that with my C's.)

What resources do you guys use to make effective medecine and what are the important attributes to look for in the resources?

With advanced components of high quality you can easily make a stim-C that has a 500 heal rating... that plus med usage modifier gives 1k heals )

Just fyi the advanced component you want to focus on for higher healing quality stims is the Advanced Liquid Suspension which takes berries from Dantooine and water from Talus... The bulk of the power for your stim will come from this unit...

Hope that helps... Have fun!

After the patch I made a stim C with 591 base heal and 39 charges. I also made an E stim with 969 base heal and 49 charges. But my favorite is Health and Action wound pack E's with 460 base heal and 46 charges. Adn you know what over all my ingredients still stink!

I'd estimate that my end results are easily anwhere from 5% to 20% better on final craft.

I forgot to add ... on those E wound ... I am yet to find a full sick person no matter what the HAM is at that I can't fill the bar white in one heal. I did a 1450 health ham for well over 2000 med experience last night. I really love these new killer meds.

Thanks for the info guys.

One more question... Does experimenting with the components (BEC, LS, etc) help to increase the quality of the final product as well?

Oh yeah.. very much indeed. I suggest you try to fully experiment the components and compare them to a stim that uses non-experimented components. There's a huge difference.

Should you experiment on each of the sub-assemblies, or just on the final product?

One more thing I like to spread around regarding expermintation.

Most of you already know this... But.

When you make the BEC put all the experimentation points into charges. This component is the 1 place where you can really ramp up the charges.

Effectiveness on the BEC can only get you 6-7 points, But 6-7 charges makes a much bigger difference.
