Ok here's another baby that can't be cured. If you are set on fire by one of the heavy weapons (not sure which) you take wound damage just like a disease, but it can't be cured until the effect wears off. We can cure poisions and diseases, but can't quite figure out how to put out a fire?

Can I get a bump for a fire extinguisher?

Good heavens, man... we perform life-saving surgeries and diseasecuringand bringing people back from the DEAD! We can't be bothered with rudamentary, no-brainer tasks like rolling a person around on the floor to put the fire out.

Shouldn't roll-attack fix cure burning? Stop, drop, and roll? XD

yep. This would be something good to have. Although, I'd rather see it in the Combat Medic skills rather then Doc. Or, better yet, put it in the medic field at the same level as FirstAid.

But of course, they really need to scale firstaid and whatever they call the fire cure(douse? ) as you go up the first aid branch.

neyland- the fire effect can be cured. Wanna guess how?

Hop in a river. At least during beta, swimming cured fire DOTs.

Swimming cures Fire DOTs...hmm...ok then, I propose a new schematic be given to us. That ofa metal pail. We can fill it with water and, voila!, fix that Fire DOT right then and there...

It was reported to me by PA mates that swimming does not kill the DOT. Plus what if you are on Tatooine or any other planet that doesn't have lots of streams and rivers close by? Swimming doesn't solve the problem. It's the same as saying you must make a camp to cure disease... the only difference, it's often easier to throw a camp than find a river.

Again, if we can have meds that save people's lives, cures them instantly of disease, rids their bodies of poisions, brings them back from the dead, and cure damage from many meters away, why can't we have a simple extinquisher of some kind?

While we're at it.. why can't we heal mind damage either? It is inflicted damage, like somebody hitting you upside the head with a baseball bat.. but we can't fix it..

Well the flame issue is it inflicts wounds just like a disease does. It's disease from a gun.
