What skill is required to use Enhancement Packs (not create, but use). Do you have to have a high Medicine Use skill mod, or can anybody at all use them?

Mileage may vary depending on who made them as I think you can lower the needed skill to use but the first ones I made enhance A's needed 52 skill without putting any effort into making them easier as I recall.

You Need Advanced Wound Treatment, because in order to use Enhance Packs, you need the /healenhance special ability, which is granted by Adv. Wound Treatment. Without that ability, even if you have enough Med Use Skill, you can't use Enhance Paks. Think of it as a Cert for using the buffs.
