All right I know that experminentation is messed up with medicine use going up instead of down but I still have a quick question. What is the base Medicine Use for a c Enhance Pack and does anyone know what level you can experiment them down too (if it was working properly)?

If I recall correctly they're about mid 60's to 70's.

I used to experiment them up to 85 or so med use though! (so about 45-55 med use if it worked right.)
