Doctor Archive

There's a lot of clustering of docs in specific places. Stating player cities is understandable to a point. But for docs/CMs looking to do hospital shifts, and ability to look at a terminal and see a list of all healing centers that included how many registered docs existed and *roughly* how many PCs stood wtihin the city limits would be of great value. A nice added benefit here would be an ability for a doc to flag himself in-bound for a destination so a dozen docs don't covnerge on an empty spot with medium number of players there.

In this way docs could migrate and self-shift themselves to provide better coverage for players.

This would also be of great value to players in general to see. I know it exists on a planet basis, but thsi would be of great value to be galaxy wide, imo.

Same would be great for entertains and cantinas.
