Thread: 2 questions: Crafting Station quality and Factories
1) I'm just getting to the point where I'm about ready to throw-up crafting components on my own, so I bought a factory. However, I need some information before I put it out because I want to make sure I have enough money! lol What are the daily fees for maintaining one? How much is it to re-deed it (take it down) Is there anything else I need to know?
-------------------------------------------------
I think it costs like = to 2 personal harvestors. I can't remember exaclty.
2) Crafting stations - I have been reading here... and I didn't realize.. crafting station quality also has a hand in the quality of components crafted? Is this true because I didn't even think about that?

Some say it does, some say it doesn't...

Use the factory tool on swgcraft, here:

I've noticed a reduciton in crit fails since I started using high-end crafting tools/stations, but that's about it. The product doesn't come out better, it just fails less. Some say that the % of amazing successes increases, but I haven't really seen that.
Crafting station and crafting tool qualtiy both contribute to reducing failures and increasing success rates.
In my experience Droid crafting stations are also better (assuming the droid is charged up) than the personal crafting stations in a home. Oddly I have an almost +15 crafting station on home. My DE friend who made mycurrent droid had troubles with moderate successes in making my droid and only produced a crafting station tht is +5 in it. However, I have definitely noticed more Amazing successes and a lower fail rate using the droid crafter, which is not at all what I expected.
At any rate, crafting station and tool qualtiy most definitely makes a difference.
