Doctor Archive

I know that you need Master Wound treatment to be able to use them, and master doctors crafting to make em, but what level medicine knowledge do you need to be able to successfully use them?

My current revive pack that I have in my inventory is a medicine use in the 50's, which should be Intermediate Medicine Knowledge. Each of those add like +10, as I have Advanced Knowledge and my med use level is 70. Happy rescuitating!
