Yes.
Control+1 selects yourself. Then /healstate dizzy. I think also "/healstate self" works.

Can you do that while you are on the ground though? Or do you have to find a way to stand up?

As far as I know you can not use any meds while in a prone position. I have never tried using one when I was knocked down though to see if that state is different from prone.

If you're talking about curing dizzy while knocked down(like if you get FireKD'd by a BH), yes you can heal yourself...just takes a little practice.

I've tried many times but I can't cure myself while I'm flopping around. Do I have to kneel and then use it? You can't use it from your back, Ive tried

I tried /healstate dizzy self and /healstate self and both do not work. The only way I've been able to make it work is to target myself first and then use /healstate <state>. I've even setup a macro to do all three sequentially.
I was wondering if there's a /command to target yourself?
