I just started pursuing the Doctor profession in SWG so this is really a dumb question but here it goes!

I am now able to create what is called the Enhance Medpack - A. How do I use it? I tried clicking on the radial and selecting Use on Self Target but it doesn't work. It has 7 uses and it maintains that. It doesn't say anything whatsoever that I have attempted to use it. I've also tried targeting other players and using it on them and still the same results. I have tried it outside of Med Centers, Camps, House, and inside those areas as well. It says in order to use you must have Medicine Use of 50. I am at 55 on Medicine Use. Is there a special tool that is required to administrator the Enhance Medpack?

Look at the second box up the wound treatment skill tree in Doctor and you will find your answer, a skill.
