I heard a rumor that is you and your patient are both overt you give them better buffs. Is that true?

I don't see how it could be anything more than a coincidence. Many doctors I know are neutral and do awsome buffs.

I cant remember if it was implemented in this last patch, but i remember reading something about receiving a 25% bonus to all medical actions when overt in a factionally aligned medical center. Could that be what you heard?
