I'm not sure about the formula, but as far as i know decay resistance only effects the duration when crafting buffs.

There are many doctors that swear that Malleability has an effect, although its not in the schematic at all.
Also, for some items even though PE is listed, it has no effect (like using high PE petro fuel in CRDMs).
Since what is listed in the schematic is all I have to go off, I do. But I'm pretty sure there is more to it, and that they are undiscovered bugs, not actual features.

I am sure that this has been thouroughly discussed, but can seem to find it. When i am makeing Advanced components, Buffs and stims, the game says its always a 67%-33% on OQ-UT/PE. I have heard differant. Decay resistance comes in there some how.
So can anyone tell me what formula i should be using to calculate what are the best resouces to use? I would be ever greatful.

I think maleability is an important factor too. I found the higher the maleability, the easier and higher the experimentation maximum points is possible.
for example if u make two stims with same resources except for maleability stats, the one with higher malleability is 1) easier to experiment with and 2) has a higher number of experimentation slots is available. meaning if u would be able to use all your experimentation points on charges if u wanted.
