Hi Im new to the Buff seen and I know havla increases speed alot but is there any attachments or things that last longer then 3 buffs to increase the speed for a long time.

at master doc buffs take 15 seconds to buff then buff again. i am not entirely sure if wound treatment speed ca's will help go over 100 at master doc, but you can ofc try them and see if it lowers the speed from 15seconds.

havla is the only food that allows instant reheals or reenhances.

Havla only works if you get, what, 100 or better? I dunno if CAs will help in that case.
