Titleasks how good are buffs with Doc 0 4 4 0 .. and +25 BE clothing +25 BE food = Buff Amount??
I'm looking to level my Alt up to this and have points for fun stuff

Not very good, but you only need 0240 to buff. after that you need master Doctor to improve on them, but that is like a 200-300 point improvement.

Taken from the STICKY AT THE TOP
900 power buffs with bivoli and med clothes will equal 2227.5
and with master doctor they'll equal 2475

I'd point you to Agent's buff calculator, but his site is apparently undergoing some "difficulties."
I'd say with a 900 strength buff pack, you should be able to buffclose to2000 without bivoli, and around 2250 withbivoli.
