I'm a 10-point Doc and I get about 920 (92MU) strength and 910 (89MU) strength buff packs using the following components:
ABEC: 20 charge, 13 power (not the best resources)
ACRDM: 66 power
ASDS: 75 power
But you'll find that the secret to a good buff pack is your Avian meat and Reactive gas. The OQ/PE on those is very important. And don't underestimate the importance of PE in your Avian meat.
Good luck to you.

An accepteble power I've found is 850 or so with a good duration, 3 hours seems to be the low normand a med use of 90 if your suplying them, although the higher the power the better, aim to keep the charges on your packs up as well, most pp wont buy packs with fewer than 25 charges, unless there well discounted. I was recently corrected on the max values as a couple of stats on a couple of the rescources have a max cap, but the theoreticall values are, ASDS-75, ACRDM-75, ABEC-power 30 charges 25; the power of these add themselves directly to your initial assembly, as do the charges, so as the previous post stated, very good avien and gas are a must.

Yes, the DR is important ... primarily for the duration of the buff.

wow! a 75 ASDS! nice stuff. ive only achieved a 72 myself, but its still pretty good.
Ive heard that 70+ on the ASDS is what you are aiming for. Also, you want to try to get as many points into charges on teh ABEC. its the only subcompnent that you get to add charges, so work them there and then put the rest in power.

Master doc + 820ish power buff pack, 110 med droid, and +25 BE clothing is just over a 2k buff. If your PvEing, it is quite acceptable. With that standard you can easily get 35ish charges and 3hrs + with your buff packs also. Bivoli will add about 200-250 extra if you need it.
I use
74 ASDS
22/12 charge/power ABEC
60-65 ACRDM

Soca,
What are the stats on the iron and oats you use to get 74 ASDS?

The iron is 973 OQ
oats are 997OQ and 986PE
There was actually even better dolovite that spawned, but 74 is 74

I pretty much only make and use Buff Packs that are between 850 and 875 with Duration between 3 Hr and 3 Hr 30 Min. I am mostly a PvE player and these are more than enough for me. Using those buffs for most creatures my HAM bars never move during a fight and those are the ones that allow me to go take on pretty much anything out there.
Now if you are talking PvP than those are the guys that are going to want every last inch out of your buffs so they won't settle for less than 900 in most cases.
** This is a complete side note, but if anyone wants to have some fun taking on something serious find a good Chef on your Server to make you some BE Vercupti.... We have some on Naritus that is 50 Fill and about +900 to H/A/M. The other night taking on a Force NPC I popped two of these right before the fight started and my HAM bars were all in the 4500-5000 range.... good times. The duration on the Vercupti is only 9 minutes but it is a fun as hell 9 minutes.
