Thread: Recruiting: Medical Staff (Chilastra)

Hi there, Doctors.
I'm in the process of setting up a Rebel RP guild, on Chilastra, styled after a military organisation/facility similar to SG-1. Don't worry if you're not an SG-1 fan...the resemblance is purely organisational. Its just that "Stargate Command" is the closest example to our organisation that I can think of. There are a few borrowed names and stuff here and there (like the fact that our team names can be abbreviated to "SG-something"), but thats just to satisfy the sadness of its creator, and bring a little bit of amusement into my sad little life! 
I'm looking for a few (not many) Doctors, Medics and Entertainers to form a Medical staff for this facility. These individuals will be mainly Stim-crafters and Buffers, although there is a possibility that they might be located ata Camp near to any operations we are in the process of conducting.
For the more combat-orientated of you out there, there's also the possibility of having "Field Medics", who's primary function would be to heal soldiers out there in the field, while also participating actively in their mission.

Have you ever been to the Chilastra servers? I have posted it there, but with the amount of crud that gets posted on Chilastra nowadays, it makes more sense to try and recruit medics directly from the Medic forums. It also means that I can tailor my post towards a specific profession, rather than trying to aim it to cover everyone that'd potentially be interested in the guild.
Sorry...I thought I was making things easier. Lets face it...if I gave you the "its a soldier RP guild" advert, I'd be even less likely to attract medics...especially not dedicated medic-only people.

No, sorry... I didn't mean to criticise, just suggest that you might get a larger response from your server boards.

He's right...it would get buried on the Chilstra Forum.
However here, where there's maybe only a handful of posters, you probably still end up with the same result: not many takers...

Something I should have mentioned. I'm looking for a Doctor (preferably) to hold the role of "Chief Medical Officer". You'd get your own little infirmary in the base, and (hopefully, if I can find someone to make them) a chair, with your name on it (literally) at the Senior Conference Room (just outside the Boss's office).
Also, there'll be non-Faction ranks involved - we'll have our own system. This means that you could well be outranked by a Private, providing their SOB rank was higher. Basically, this is because I've found that the good roleplayers aren't always the ones who've spent hours grinding Faction Points...
The CMO would have to interview well to get the job.
