Thread: Havla....Is it suppose to work..?

Hello my friends,
Im a MD for a long time but never tried to use Havla...
I know it suppose to get rid of the long wait time between each heal/buff...
So i bought a crate and try one...
I buff myself.. and ....
Well nothing.. the time is not reduce bteween buff...!!!
Am i the only one with this problem...??

The Havla has to be rated over 100 for it to work.
Also, do not wait for a message saying you are ready to heal again. The message will come at the redular time based on your treatment speed.

Mine is 98 so... you say it does not work... at this rate..!?

That is correct, your 98 will not work. I made the same mistake the first time I bought some. It has to be rated over 100.

it might work at like 14 sec delay instead 16...
but it has to be above 99 (speak 100 works..101..bla...)
then you can apply 1 stat per sec

Well Thank you all very much.....
I did not know that....
I hope it will help others not buying stuff that does not work...
I feel like a noob right now... 
Was this information known by a lot of docs... or am i the only one who dont know...???
