I apologize if this has been brought up before but I couldn't find an answer to it.

If you already have the +25 bonus from BE clothes, does anyone know if the additional +5 boxes you get from the FS Healing Branch (Senses xp) still improve your mod? Or is it still capped from the Clothes?

And if it is, is this a bug or intentional, plans to fix, blah blah blah.

the fs healing mods are to injury treatment

i.e. damage healing with stimpacks

Oh, and the BE clothes are wound treatment?

So the FS branch should show higher heals with stims? Okay, thanks!
