I've been thinking some, when u get KD/Dizzy you obviously can't heal the dizzy state, because of this almost everyone i know have some kind of macro to stand and heal the dizzy state in the very short time before you fall down.
Is this really ok, or is it in fact an exploit?

why would this be an exploit? i have been meaning to make the macro to save a spot on my toolbar... currently i have to spam /stand , /heal dizzy, when i get hit by a NPC with dizzy.. a bit of a pain but it works and why not use a macro??

Well, I thought since you can't heal while you're on your back and you fall down immediately after you stand up, that SOE maybe didn't intend for it to be possible to heal the short time you're standing up after a /stand when you're dizzy.

/healstate dizzy self;
Otherwise it will heal a different state if you have multiple stats on you.

Thanks for the answers and the 1*, I just wanted to know.. since it seems like you have to do it a few times to get it to work, I got the impression that this might not be ok.
But since it's ok I'll go ahead and use it.

That is because you have to successfully stand up first.
What is happening is that when you do successfully stand, you apply the dizzy heal but you are still dizzy for a second so when you hit the macro again to stand you will actually fall over again as any posture change while dizzy will make you fall.

Technically its a game bug not an exploit. Its been around for a while and I dont think the dev's are going to change it anytime soon.

So it is a bug? Isn't taking advantage of a bug exploiting? I thought that was the definition of exploiting...
