Hey there. If a wound treatment speed tape affects the speed of healing(including buffing), then what is the formula for it. For example, is it like experimentation that when you +10 extra you will gain a point,or in this case lose a second off of healing? thanks in advance!

I have +14 in tapes and don't really notice a difference, maybe a second or 2 faster, at the most.
