In case you missed the publish 11.4 notes, all races will now be able to wear crafting aprons (albeit with some gfx glitches, but we don't care, right?). Check out announcements.
Yes, all of us wanted to tell you in all those threads so bad but GM never said we could

Saw that. Very cool news for the alien races (even if my Emperor wants then dead or enslaved

As a Wookiee Master Doctor, I am indeed glad I'll be able to wear the apron at last
Only thing now is to fix it so that I can wear the skirt too. 
Ok, so I'm a male Wookiee, but I'll do anything (almost) for that extra point to use. heh.

I am a master doc who is a wookie. I have never done much crafting since i could not wear the apron and did not want to drop the extra 5-8 mil to make up the 5 points. Since I knew that this patch was coming I bought two +3 med experimentation tapes. Anyone know what pieces of clothing I can wear with the apron? I would hate to think that I wasted all that money. I am at work, otherwise I would check myself.

You can wear chefs hat - may look goofy but you can throw a tape in there

This is a pretty noobie question... but do tailors make the aprons? I haven't played the game for a LONG time and now alot of stuff has changed

Holy cow they finally fixed this!
Of course I deleted my Wookie doc ages ago cause they just sucked without armor and aprons.

Tailors make them from schematics that are a quest reward from Jabba's. It is random which one you get though. There are like three different apron schematics you can get.

Even though i'm a Human doc..I'm still happy there are geting it so the wooks can use the aprons

I think it's three as well: Doc, Tailor, and Architect.

Alot of tailors already have obtainedthe schematics for that item,they can custom make it for you. Also they have the clothes that wookies can wear with sockets on their BE vendors as well, meaning ones you can wear with the apron. If you need the name of someone (with awesome prices, etc.) contact me in game.
