I'm using 952 OQ with 714 PE beans, and 994 OQ with 625 UT, and I can only get to 89%.
I'm using a +14 crafting tool and a +43% crafting station.

I am a master Doc, any suggestions on what can help me?

If you maxed out at 89% then probably the only thing that is going to help you is better resources. Try to find some organics with 950+ OQ and higer PE.

One of my friends experiences the same problem. It is not the resources, it's the way you are experimenting. Do not use all your experimentation points in one experiment. For example add 3 points, then experiment...and repeat until you reach the 91-99 percent you need.

That'd be the way to go. When I did it, I experimented one or two points at a time and never had a problem hitting the right percentage rate. And my resources were about the same too I believe.

I had no problem getting to internal bleeding easily, but I did have to use some of our servers best organics and a server best dolovite iron to do it. I believe the organic I used was 991 OQ 989 PE, and the 935 OQ dolovite.

I was able to reach the required high percentage with experimenting 2 at a time. My problem was , when I combined resources, it started at 12%. Had to forage to get below that for the lesser diseases. Are you wearing the crafting apron? that may also help you.
