why is that the health packs at any given level require more resources / parts to make compared to their action counterparts. for example a enhance actiion med pack d requires 22 organic 22 inorganic 1 solid del shell 2 identical CRDM's and 2 identical BEC's . while the enhance health med pack d require 28 of avian meat 28 reactive gas 1 solid del shell 2 identical CRDM's and 3 idnetical BEC's just seems odd and a little stirct on the health ones to be so much harfder to get rersources for than the actions any thoughts comments?

Yes thats odd also is that damage from the mobs might hit either health or action sometimes or if they are using rifle there goes the mind.

I think it's because there are many non-combat activities that require action points. The devs have made action buffs simple so we can easily buff entertainers prior to a big performance, etc.

It also gives us something easy to make that we can sell at the city gates when they fix the buff-zoning bug.

It was on the bug list for beta.
The health one has an earlier pass of higher requirements.
maybe they fixed it in the general pass on TC now...
I don't think there is a TC doctor atm to check this... there are several medics though.
