98 on a Strenght Wound Pack E that i had bad resources and crit failed the first Ease of Use experiment.



lol could still use it though, hehe i have a MEdical Use of 100 (+110) too bad its a useless amount.

100 is the highest I believe

The Highest I've seen is 54...how about you guys ????
