Does anyone know what this requires i don't get the option to make them when i am at a crafting station, and if this has been answered earlier sorry i don't come to these boards very often.

Use a personal crafting station. Either stationary or built into a droid.

And ofcourse you must use a Food and Chemical crafting tool.
