Thread: Are Cure Poison Stims Broke ?

I just made my 1st cure poison stims. But when I try to cure myself, another player or a pet nothing happens. I have more then enough skill to use them. I have a stack of 14 and when I do try to cure someone from my hotbar or my inv it just stays at 14.


Are they bugged atm or am I missing something ?

First of all your target must be poisoned before you can use it. Not many mobs poison. The Voritors (?)on Dantooine do.


It works fine. You sometimes need to apply more than one cure before it goes away. But it's sooo much easier to just let the poison burn and then cure the damage with ordinary stims. I have yet to see a really lethal poison. Worst one I've seen did 60 damage every 10 seconds or so.

I'm not sure about using from the the quickbar, but I know this works since I've done it at least 30 times:


Put the Cure Poison pack in your main pack, click on theperson needing cured, andeither type or clickhotkey for /curepoison. It will search your main pack for the correct medicine and use it, if it's available.

Yes my targets were poisoned, it was doing 110 dmg per tick. From snakes and spiders on Yavin 4 and would last a long time.


Thx Hearding, I will try that and see if it works. If not I'll dump the stim I have and make another and see if that works.

I am pretty sure you need wound treatment speed 2 to cure poison. Do you have that? I know you need Wound treatment 4 before you can cure disease because I cursed the game to Hell and back tryng to cure a group member on Endor before I realised
