Thread: Some questions to which I have trouble finding answers. Help me?

First off, a couple of things about me.


I am a part-time player and do not want to invest in something huge. I just want to play.


I care crap about factories and the like. I do not plan on building one. Same goes for harvesters. I will pick up things as I go for now. Things might change in the future.


I am a Med Center Doc. Some say I am wasting myself and being a whore but I like it. It is a little mindless and time flies because I chat it away with my patients and actually have some fun.


I use organics that the hunters bring in. I use inorganics that I either surveymyself or buy at the Bazaar.


Ok, here are my questions:

Using my crappy materials, I am making MedBs for around 35-40 power per pack (If I experiment, every step of the waythat jumps to 55-60).


If I were to use Advanced Components for those same packs, how much would they increase? (Assuming the 'average' quality or so)


I do not plan on going past MedCs in the near future because I do not want to bother with Identical Components unless I buy them.


What is the base power for MedCs? Experimented? With Advance Components? With Adv Components and Experimentation?



I was using some crappy qualityCopper (85 OQ, 500 Mal) for most of my early career because some nce soul gave me 2k worth and only scouted organics. What is the difference in power between a 100OQ, 500 OQ, and 900OQ component? What does the Melleability really do?


I live off of tips. Recently I spent some major cash to gat all the Medic IV skills, Master Medic, and Doc because I am the only one out where I am (no one could train me). If I did not have to worry about the training, I could almost guarantee that I would never want for money. Because I do want, I have spent a little time with small destroy missions for 1K-ish a pop. The only problem? I was the only medic in Wayfar and time I spent away was time others had to just sit there.



That last part was about to turn into a rant, sorry.

Well as a master chemist my B would packs are 25 charges 90 heal value.


As for advanced comps in wound packs never make Bs with them for Cs tho


my base is 31 charge 130 heal. If i use a advanced BEC and a advacned SDS i get 45 charge 160ish heal value wound Cs. WIth master treatment i can drop these for 200-500 points of wound healing


As for the effects of different stats on packs, if u examine the schematic of the pack u are making it will tell u exactly how much of an effect each stats has on the back and in what %. Malliabilty makes it easier for u too experiment on packs i.e. less crit failures and more successes...so the higher the mall the easier the pack is to experiment on
