Does a guild owned F&C crafting station class as public or private? If I dont own the station, or the building its in, but I am a member of the guild and I have access to the station, is the station then private?

Yes you can use it as a private crafting station if it is in a PA Hall or house. Same is true for droids with crafting stations, you can use someone else's, you just have to be close to it.

If you have access to the structure you should also have access to any personal crafting stations inside. Do remember, though, that you may need to get close to the station. I've seen varying results from standing different distances away.
