I have a question about buffs, how do they work? are they double the number shown in the enhance packs? if so why did I buff my action for 646 if thats what the action enhance packs says?

There is no set amount that buff packs will buff for. There is a variance, however, with their stated efficiency being the lowest that pack will buff for. So if you have a Enhance Health pack rated at 646 it can (theoretically) buff for anywhere between 646-1800 points probably.


Currently there is alot of grousing going on between doctors that something has been changed recently since before a nice 800 rated pack would buff between 1200-2200ish pretty consistantly with only rare buffs under 1200 and over 2200. The same pack now, however, seems to hit 900-1400 the majority of the time (at least in my experiences)..

Uh, so WE don't want it, and YOU don't want it in for PvP--then why is it still there??
