novice doc here, what gives the most XP

I used reguar BEC's...12 units of resources gives 35 xp, almost 3:1.

If you can obtain Tatooinian Fiberplast and Lokian Wild Wheat then try making Adv. BECs. Use practice mode to get 5% more XP.
