Thread: how do docs make money apart from buffing people?
Most of my cedits come from selling Stim B's to novice meds. And, yes, you would be highly surprised at how much a good set of buffs can bring in.

I've been waiting for Medic Missions to come out. Beacuse sometimes the stim market is too crowded to be able to make any good profits. People complain when you ask for payment for healing. However, buffing is still the main money maker for Docs. I've gotten 4 tells for buffs before I was completely logged in before. When vehicles are out, I'm heading to Dantooine with a swoop and selling a rez service. Where I'll run out to your location to rez you. Hey, maybe it'll work

I mostly get my money from buffs. And sometimes from grateful revived people.
I consider it weird when I stand in Coronet Starport and shout that I am selling buffs and taking orders for vehicles, and that I don't get any /tell. I usually get a /tell every minutes in Coronet.
Just this morning I sat in the Coronet starport and buffed 10 people in about 25 minutes. One set was free to a close friend, the rest paid 6k each. . . 54k in 25 minutes . . . not bad at all 
I have to say is make friends with an architect, get free heavy mineral harvesters. Tell you friend to survery for whatever you want. Plop down some harvs. Shortly, put the proceeds on your vendor and reap the benefits!
A guy in my guild has become a multi millionaire this way with no form of any skiils outside combat. So thats how docs can make money apart from buffing people
heh, that's what I do when I have less than 150K pack up my buffs, go sit in Coronet Starport. When I have no more buff, see if I can craft more. If not, go back home to get ressources.

I sell HQ organics (950+ PE, and OQ) on bazaar for 8-10cpu. Or mediocre grind stuff for 3-4cpu. Just go back every couple hours and restock. When traveling around looking for spots, drop2-3 auctions in each city you visit. Can see by the emails that a person will follow your auctions, going to each city and buying them, kinda cool. 
I used to think the money came from selling stims, which it can, but the resource market is much quicker. I can put 20 auctions on bazaar and get 60k faster then I can sell a few crates of above average stim b's.Top of the line stim b's may sell easier. Mine usually around 400 heal, 35 charges.
Then again, I rarely advertise selling stims, jsut wait until they ask me, so I may be completly off base. Nevermind.
Well, I must be the odd one out then, cus I make money from killin' stuff!!
I cant be bothered with the constant upkeep of harvestors, or the highly competitive market of trying to sell stims, or even buffs.
I must be greedy, but I keep my buffs for myself and my guild mates when we hunt, and make money from missions and generally killing stuff
