Hey guys what do you think will be a good meele profession to go with Doctor,

Swordsman, Fencer, Pikeman or TKA.

I will not be doing much pvp.

tka is the most versatile melee profession, but as a doctor, you don't necessariliy need the bonuses granted by the meditate tree. Fencer is incredibly fun, and swordsman is very powerful. Pikeman is very umm... well, the little whirly white stripes around them are neat...

Why do you say Fener is incredibly fun?

Hows a swordman in pve can they hold their own agains nightsisters with buffs?

Depends on what you prefer, really. I have been an MD/TKM before and loved the combination. The meditate line in and of itself isn't particularly needed, but it does help. Healing yourself without having to use meds is rather nice and the ability to /powerboost as well as /forceofwill can NOT be underestimated. Both are great tools which can be very effective in keeping you alive just a bit longer.

Well, as my sig says I am on my way to Master Heavy Swordsman, and I can say its been great fun! Any melee profession works very well with Doc as it means that you can self buff and heal yourself in combat.

As for melee professions go, TKA is about the most 'stable', since it seems to be the profession that all the others are judged. Hopefully, during the profession passes, Swordsman will get some love and all melee professions will be equal (in one way or another).
