My average Stim "B" is about 300. With all 900+ components. Mostly steel, petro, and some form or Wheat or oats. and a bit of water.

Advanced "B" with all advanced except CRM wich was standard due to lack of meat. comes out to about 380.

Is this commont for everyone? Due to the ease, i was thinking of going to standard and selling at about 3/4 price.

Don't you have a big charges difference between the 2 though? You certainly can sell a 300 power Stim-B, but a 300/30 Stim B is not worth 3/4s what a 380/40 is worth.

I guess long term, I would ask, why wouldn't you make these with ALSs? It doesn't use any more resources, and it is fairly easy to get Talusian water and Dantooine berries in quantity. One decent7 day shift with with 50 BER of harvesters will get you 350,000 berries or 250,000 in water. That's enough for 40,000 Stim Bs.

Okay, you guys said what i thought you would. Thank you for removing my doughts. I forgot about the charges.... Okay, I stick with the advanced...

What I plan to do now, is get 3 heavy harvesters of each type I need. Then when I find a good resource, drop all 3 on there till it moves. Just alot of running around. last time i did this, I got over 500K of 867 OQ lok wheat. and 300K of water. Dantooine is in the 300 right now, so will have to wait a bit. and tat has been .... 102, 220, 219. so over a month of junk.

Even a bad ABEC beats an uber BEC like a drum, same for ALS. Mine are coming out 30/350 leaving out the ACRDM for a 14-power CRDM, it's a compromise I can live with. As far as my customers are concerned, if I have to spend 15 skill points to get Novice Artisan to wrangle harvesters, they could spend another 9 points above Novice Medic to get Pharm III, and I'll meet them halfway with a much better StimC.

If you're having trouble keeping up with resources, here are a couple ways to go. My best seller was a "semi" advanced Stim B in which I used advanced BEC's (for charges) and advanced LS's (for power) and a normal CRDM. I can always find resources that will getme a CRDM with 18+ power and my final stim has all the charges of a fully advanced stim and it's only down about 40 points of power.

In addition, you could leave out the advanced BEC and drop the charges a bit. Sure, you end up with stims with less charges, but they're amazingly cheap to build and you can sell them for dirt prices and still make a nice profit.

But I would NEVER use a basic LS in a stim pack. The resources for advanced LS's are easy to come by and will raise your power a great deal. The other subcomponents are optional, but good stims are only made with the advanced LS's.

I actually refuse to make a Stim B with an Adv. CRDM. Herbivore meat is too difficult to come by in large quantities to waste it on Stim B's IMO. My "semi" advanced Stim B is typcially 40-42 charges and 360-390 in power... I sell a ton of 'em and have to keep factories running non-stop to keep up with demand. There's no way I'm going to use a single stack of 16,000 herbivore meat just to try and sel a product that I already sell well... when I can use that same stack for making buff packs where that extra 40 points actually makes a difference between selling it and not.

Looks like everyone is on the same page, and it works well. So I shall follow the leaders and learn from those that do, instead fo those that teach.

30/411's 14/20 ABEC

40/380's 20/14 abec

w/great successes in every step.

w/out the thing that requires herbivore meat.

I have crap dolovite iron, and even worse class 3 liquid petro though...

This affects your stims? Odd... since dolovite iron and class 4 liquid petroleum are used to make Advanced Solid Delivery Shells... which are not a sub-component of ANY version of a small stimpack. Wound packs? Yes. Enhancement packs? Yes. But not small stims.

Class 4 liq. petro is used in ACRDMs, which can be used in making stims.

personally I never gotten like great great result on my Stimp-B since stimp-b's just happen.

What I mean is I run the factory for 1000 subcomp, and at the end of the crafting, I'd have like 1 or 2 crate of 50 left. So I throw them in misc. crate bag.

When I have at least once of each bio, chem, (liq or solid). I run 1 crate of stimp-B or wound-B

So basically the results have been potluck. charges are usually constant, like 35 but the base heals are around 350 - 400 for heal and 150 for wound.

If you make your weekend your potluck day, they are not a bad profit turner and you get to get rid of all your loosies.
