I am a master doc (with +25 wound treatment via bio enhanced clothing etc.) and make my own buffs... I just tried to make an UBER action enhance pack D. I used Solid Delivery Shells (advanced) with a 68 power, Chemical Release Duration Mechanism (advanced) with 66 power, and Bio Effects Controller (advanced) with 21 power and 13 charges. All of these are using 900+ OQ materials and fully expiramenting... For the final product I use OQ 968 herbivore meat and OQ 993 Inert Gas. I thought this would kick @$$. BUT it came out base enhance of 820 :/ What did I do wrong? What is the key to getting 900-950? I have seen these before but can't reach it. The percentage before expiramentation was the same for the effectiveness as when I used OQ 800 stuff and 30 power advanced components. Is this a bug or what? Can someone advise me in how to go about getting a 900-950 base enhance pack? Thanks

I get better than that with lesser resources, perhaps you got a "good" success in the experimenting somewhere? With those resources it should have turned out a lot better. Keep trying!

Your problem is the PE of your ingredients... Because the gas has no PE, that value in the meat is considered alone, while the two OQs are averaged. PE is actually just as important as OQ in this situation... Try another resource with a higher raw total for both numbers.

Given the stats of your subcomponents, I'd say a resource with 1800 or 1850 total oq and pe should get you around 900 power,assuming *all* great or amazing successes on your experiments.

You cant use herb meat for the final product for a D enhance, except for action of course. You need avian meat, right?

yes. I have tried using some 850 OQ reactive gas and advanced components AS WELL AS OQ 870 and PE 860 Avian meat. What do I get? 17% (same as with OQ and PE 500 meat) This is bull**edit**. O and by the way, I have done 5 enhance packs, all have had a failure in the exact same place. Come on SOE, this is ridiculous, get off your @$$ and do something about this.

I think that DR matters too... But I haven't run lots of tests. With similar tests though I was getting less power but more length.

DR matters on the duration of the enhance packs...

Remember, PE counts aswell in the calculations. You need to have a high PE to go with that Herbi meat, or else you won't do well.

Using the following resources:

977OQ / 947PE (I think) Domesticated Oats

997OQ / 887UT / 864DR Gemstone

64 Power Adv Chemical Release Duration Mechanism

20 power 14 charge Adv Biological Effect Controller

60 power Adv Solid Delivery Shell

I get the following: 924 base /10210 (or close to that) duration / 26 charge.

I did some testing with this, using different materials

I use 26 power 14 charge A.BEC, 66 power A.CRDM, 73 power A.SDS

I used the same materials as I stated above, and my base came out to be 946.

Now, using a gas with 994OQ but 573DR, I was only able to hit 940 with my base with a duration around 9500ish

Remember, I had a higher DR on the Gemstone therefore I was able to get a longer duration and a higher base.
