Seems there is an extremely large influx of new doctors to the boards. It also seems they all start their own thread asking the same question three or four others already have and are still on the front page. Please, if you are looking for information read the FAQ at the top of the boards if it does not satisfy your question, use the search feature, if that still does not work then please post. Seems we are answering the same questions everyday.
