swgcraft.com shows us what planet has the good meat at this time, but I can not find a site with a decent beastiery that shows what animals are high level.

For instance the various plummed rasps give avian meat on corellia right now but they would be extremely boring for me since I would like to gain major xp points and not just spend hours on these things. Does anyone know what creatures give good combat xp at the elite profession levels and drop avian meat.

These are the ones I go for. * being the best source either most meat per harvest or you can get missions for them.

List is by no means complete so if you have your own favorit, I'd love to add to it for my reference.

the thing on dath avian meat is that it's coming mostly from ancient reptillian flyers...well the 65 cpu avian meat anyways.

If you want quantity, Dath is the best place to go. Take friends if you can and have them harvest meat. Only go after Reptilian Fliers. They are generally easy to kill if you are halfway decent combat-wise and you can probably collect 1000 units of meat in an hour or so.

Grab missions off the terminal and then just run around out in the wild. They are pretty easy to find. They drop 10-20 units per flier.

Quality is another issue. Best to check swgcraft.com to see where good stuff is. It might be harder to get it in quantity though.
