What is the med use for packs most ppl use. Im not master yet so i only have 90 in med use and was thinking if i could use the best Enhancments with that or do i need to go master?

I only use Enhance Pack D's and they're all Med Use 93. That can be experimented down to 90 pretty easy, but you sacrafice experiments on power and charges.
