I think they lumped dancer/musician buffs in with Doctor. Isn't the first time they stuck patch notes for 1 class into another class. Either that, or they think Docs can buff mind stats. Either is likely.

Key word there is Performance. Whenever you see the word Performace associated with buffs coming from a Dev team note they are referring to buffs from the Performing professions, namely Dancer and Musician. So they are referring there to Dancer and Musician Mind buffs.
